Baby Dedication
Baby dedication (for children ages 3 years and younger) at CBC takes place to confirm the amazing responsibilities that Christian parents have to nurture and raise their children according to God's wishes. Baby dedication can almost be referred to as "Parent Dedication." The decision to do this should be approached prayerfully. Parents need to know that they are making a vow in the Lord's presence to do everything in their power to raise their children according to God's will.
CBC requires you, the parents, to attend both the Baby Dedication Pre-Requisite class and an Explore CBC class prior to the dedication of your baby. The upcoming Pre-Requisite class will help you to:
· Evaluate how CBC defines baby dedication
· Discover the difference between baby dedication and childhood
baptism
· Know how to further your job as a Christian parent

• Baby Dedication class - Sunday, May 30
• Baby Dedication Weekend - Father's Day Weekend,
June 18/20
