Baby dedication, for children ages 0-3 years, at Community Baptist Church takes place to confirm the divine responsibility that Christian parents have as the primary spiritual leaders in their family.  Parents should prayerfully make the decision to dedicate their children and vow in the Lord’s presence to do everything in their power to raise them according to God’s will.

Community Baptist requires parents to attend Explore Community, which occurs monthly, and a 2-part Baby Dedication Class prior to the dedication weekend.  The Baby Dedication classes will help to:

• Evaluate how Community Baptist defines baby dedication
• Discover the difference between baby dedication and infant baptism
• Grow a Christian vision for raising children
• Inspire parents to have a vibrant faith to pass on to the next generation

       Part 2 - Sunday, April 14, 11:00am, room 205
